It’s was nice and warm stay Positive: The security guys were very helpful and friendly,the room was clean and the property is safe and in a good location with good view Negative: There are too many steps going up and we’re hoping for air conditioning instead of fans,the pool policies didn’t allow us to come in with our champagne and beverages

Positive: Peaceful surrounding Negative: Couch is rather small and old

The accommodation pricing is not consistent and the stuff are not willing to help. Positive: Nothing Negative: The fact that it’s in a residential complex

I think the place is good. Just needs good management staff and consistent maintenance. Positive: The property is located in a good area. The interior is also good, well structured for self catering. Negative: Upon our arrival we found dirty towels in the bathroom, we reported the following day even sent a picture. We were told by an unfriendly staff Lindo that she will send replacements but that never happened. There was a smelly drainage odour. Very bad, we could tell that it’s not a new thing. We were told that plumbers will be sent to check the following day but it never happened.

The house decoration can be much better and more appealing to guests. Positive: We didn't have breakfast but the location was great. Negative: We didn't like our apartment set up. The leaving area was too tiny, the cushions on the sofa were not comfortable too old and dirty. The tv was too low with the tv stand.
