Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was clean, and the security was excellent. Positive: It’s clean, security is very strict,so you do feel safe there Negative: They don’t disclose any damaged or broken items before check-in, so it’s a good idea to record a video of the accommodation as soon as you arrive, before you settle in. Do the same when you check out, paying particular attention to items that could easily be damaged or broken. This creates a record of the property’s condition and helps protect you from being held responsible for pre-existing damage. It has saved me from disputes recently.

unit 407 was a dream and very comfortable, unit 410 was horrible. Safe & secure apartments Positive: unit 407 was clean, fresh and quite inviting. The owner went far and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. Negative: unit 410 was quite a let down. it smelled musty and sweaty. The lounge area did not have a carpet, the couches had what looked like water stains, we used a scour from the kitchen to try and clean the bath in the main bedroom cause it just looked dirty, the throw on the bed in the main bedroom was raggedy and looked like something that belonged in a dog house. Unit 410 was honestly bad, it was hard to believe that both units are managed by the same people.

Positive: Location Negative: No Milk/Sugar provided for coffee/Tea

Loved and enjoyed my stay. Positive: It’s very safe and secured. Loved how easy the check in process was. Negative: I didn’t like the fact that it’s not easy to access most of the facilities like the gym and pool. We can atleast have free will at the gym and pool. The braai area booking is reasonable so that we don’t clash with different people . But as for the pool and gym ?

Positive: The apartment was neat Negative: The host was very invasive They followed us when we came in and left and we felt very unsafe because we thought it was a stranger following us
