It was lovely. Nothing to fault except for the bed comfort for both rooms. Positive: The location was excellent. Central Negative: The beds not comfortable

Ballito Village is very very smart and we enjoyed and took many pictures to show our friends Positive: The cleanliness is exceptionally Negative: The pots ,glasses etc standard was very low

Would never go there again. Positive: The location Negative: Mould in the bathrooms Hair everywhere, cigarette buts on the patio. Advertised as having a baby cort, upon request "they used to provide" not anymore. Couldn't honour any special requests. Though notified before we could even check-in, (4days prior)., (late checkout, possible extension, what you see advertised is not what you get. Outdated TV, doesn't even pick up their own internet connection.

Positive: The estate is very safe and the estate facilities are good. There are also lots of convenient shops around. The room was modern. The host was responsive and amazing, she really tried her best to assist us in whichever way she could. Negative: The room needs attention lots of broken furniture, bathrooms are falling a part and there is mould. The kitchen also isn't really equipped for a self catering place, very few mismatched dishes and stained broken cooking utensils, the pots also leaked. The blankets were also dirty and smelly. The broken couch had a urine smell. We asked for extra duvets because the beds were really hard and uncomfortable, so we needed to actually add extra duvets to try and sleep, but beds still were not comfy. Carpets were also really dusty.
