Positive: Place was in a good location but not much activity Comfortable good value for money Negative: Place wasn't very clean .....they need to do some pest control there's so much baby cockroachs there which is absolutely unhealthy walls was also sticky and messed with like hand and finger prints bedding had a few marks on them brown kinda stains

Excellent, we enjoyed it Positive: We liked that the place was new, we could see that we were one of the few people who has rented the place so far Negative: The sport club next to the place starts plying load music very early in the morning even on Sunday morning at around 07h00 they started playing and that irritated me
